Refund Policy

You can return or exchange any new, unused and unaltered item in original packaging within 30 days of delivery of your item. For returns we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus the shipping cost (please note this may take 3-5 days depending on payment method). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of items.

To process a return or exchange please contact us via Email and we will work together to complete the process. All returns must have a note with the order number. All exchanges must have a note with the order number and what to exchange with.

Custom race suits and gloves are built to customer specifications and cannot be returned. We will of course make every effort to help fix any issues that arise.

Shipping Information

Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction. We understand that when you make an order you want your gear as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.

In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. 

We ship using AusPost and DHL. Options are available to select on check out for your preference.

If a change of address is needed to be made for your order, you must ensure to provide us with the new details  within 24 hours of your order placement. After that time has passed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Once your order has been shipped, you will be given your tracking number and may be able to redirect it with the delivery company through them.

Return shipping address will be supplied upon confirmation of return placement made. Once the state of the items returned has been inspected and confirmed the refund will be issued with a return confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

If you've changed your mind, you must act fast. We process orders and ship fast and we cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. Exchanges & Returns are available upon Email request if items ordered are unopened, packaging is originally sealed and undamaged, and product has not been used. You may try to contact the shipping provider to redirect the mail back to us to avoid paying for shipping to return. 

 

Once your custom suit design has been approved by yourself, it is under production and unable to be cancelled. We will work hard with you to provide 100% satisfaction with your suit design and comfort for fit. It is your responsibility to submit correct measurements, we are not responsible for measurements.
